Night Auditor – Cairo

About the role

The Night Auditor supports our 24/7 hotel operations by delivering front‑desk service, handling payments and completing the overnight audit. You will work the late‑night shift, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless experience while the property’s financial records are accurately balanced.

Key responsibilities

• Process room charges, debit/credit cards, cash and cheques according to established procedures.
• Check guests in and out, manage wake‑up call requests and respond to overnight guest inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and provide concierge assistance for special requests.
• Run the night‑audit using the property management system (PMS) or manual equivalents.
• Perform additional duties such as handling cash, securing bank deposits and supporting housekeeping staff.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and mathematics abilities for accurate auditing and payment processing.
• Cash‑handling experience, including counting, securing and processing cash payments.
• Computer literacy with familiarity in using PMS software.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for pleasant guest interactions.
• Customer‑service background and knowledge of hotel operations and the local area.
