People & Culture Business Partner – Non‑Sales

About the role

The People & Culture Business Partner – Non‑Sales will act as a senior HR advisor for non‑sales functions, translating business strategy into people solutions that boost performance, capability and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR advisory to function leaders and shape the people agenda.
• Ensure governance, labor‑relations compliance and high standards of employee lifecycle delivery.
• Drive talent management processes including performance reviews, succession planning and talent reviews.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and talent development initiatives aligned with workforce plans.
• Support organization design, job evaluation and reward programs such as annual salary reviews and incentive plans.
• Conduct workforce cost analysis, headcount planning and resource allocation.
• Advise on employee‑relations matters, disciplinary actions, grievances and performance management in line with Egyptian labor law.

Required profile

• Senior HR business partnering experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor legislation and HR governance.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
• Strategic mindset with capability‑building and change‑management expertise.
