Performance Coach

About the role

Coral Ridge Capital is seeking a full‑time Performance Coach to work on‑site in Cairo. You will help team members grow their technical knowledge, professional skills, and work habits in line with the firm’s investment and operational philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to develop individual and team capabilities.
• Assess performance, identify skill gaps, and create tailored development plans.
• Track progress against objectives and document coaching outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to design training content, facilitate workshops, and promote best practices in communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving.
• Provide feedback to managers on talent development needs and support a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or talent development, preferably within finance, real estate, or professional services.
• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance and propose practical improvement strategies.
