About the role
TaskUs is seeking a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Service Representative to assist clients via phone, email, or chat. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting product or service usage for customers in both Portuguese and English.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in Portuguese and English.
- Resolve product or service related issues and document interactions in the customer management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support, sales, and operations to find effective solutions.
- Follow up on open cases, update knowledge bases, and participate in team meetings.
Required profile
- Fluency in Portuguese (professional or native) and English (oral and written).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or call‑center operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide customer‑focused value.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and knowledge‑management tools.
