Portuguese Customer Support Agent (Cairo)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agents to work in Cairo, Egypt. The role handles inbound calls, resolves customer issues and meets department standards and client-set schedule goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls consistently, meeting department standards and goals, and give expert advice and accurate information to customers.
• Follow company guidelines while offering creative solutions to meet customer needs, resolving calls and only escalating when all other options have been exhausted.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of every case.
• Meet schedule adherence goals set by the client.
• Periodically make outbound calls to customers to follow up on various issues.
• Use multiple applications during calls.

Required profile

• University graduate or equivalent degree; college dropouts who have been out of school for at least one year are also eligible.
• No particular experience required; previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of Portuguese (C1).
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with 80% accuracy.
• Flexibility and adaptability to working conditions and hours.
