Process Engineer – Manufacturing Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will play a key role in making our production lines run smoother, faster, and smarter while driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and optimise production processes to reduce waste, time, effort and cost.
• Develop, update and maintain process sheets for all machines and workstations.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure full compliance with process standards and specifications.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to lower defect rates and enhance product quality.
• Create and manage operation timelines to boost productivity and overall plant efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the home‑appliances industry is a strong advantage.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and leadership qualities.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
