Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and logistics for our construction and acoustic‑treatment projects. The position is fully remote and reports to senior management, ensuring materials are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement of construction materials, equipment and specialty acoustic products.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify local and international suppliers across Europe, China and GCC markets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and payment terms to maximise commercial value.
• Coordinate import‑export documentation and oversee logistics for shipments into Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast material needs with project teams and track purchase orders.
• Resolve supply‑chain disruptions and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Analyse supplier performance and implement cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of procurement experience in construction, building‑materials or related sectors.
• Proven track record sourcing from Europe, China and/or GCC countries.
• Experience handling import logistics, preferably into Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with acoustic systems, façade solutions or specialty building products is a plus.
• Strong negotiation ability and commercial focus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available for a full‑time, remote position.
