Product Manager – Value Added Services (VAS)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Value Added Services (VAS) to lead the development and growth of value‑added services within our digital banking ecosystem. You will shape the product strategy, drive cross‑functional delivery, and create compelling financial and lifestyle services that boost customer engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VAS offerings, identifying new opportunities that enhance the digital banking ecosystem.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimisation, working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Identify, negotiate, and integrate partnerships with external service providers, embedding third‑party services into the platform.
• Design seamless user journeys across mobile and digital channels, using customer feedback and performance data to improve adoption.
• Monitor product KPIs, drive continuous improvements, and optimise monetisation and revenue models.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of product management experience, preferably in digital products or financial services platforms.
• Strong understanding of value‑added services ecosystems, including digital payments, rewards and loyalty programmes, subscription services and lifestyle integrations.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmaps and manage full product lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
