Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Obour City. The role will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production of medical supplies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of the manufacturing process, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to optimise workflows and reduce costs.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly and provide hands‑on training to staff.
• Implement and enforce safety and environmental sustainability protocols.
• Develop production schedules and budget plans to keep projects on track.
• Analyse production data and deliver data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Manage timely procurement of materials and equipment required for production targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Production Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with creative, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
