Project Manager – Construction & Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of construction, ELV, ICT, security, building automation, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Report status, performance metrics, and financials to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or related systems.
• Relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation abilities.
• Experience with collaboration tools for team coordination.
