PV Technical Office Section Head

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PV Technical Office Section Head to lead the technical and tendering activities for our solar energy projects. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality, competitive proposals and technically sound solutions that drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender requirements and clarify bid conditions to support effective proposal preparation.
• Lead cost estimation, pricing development and the overall tender preparation process.
• Coordinate tender reviews, manage submission timelines and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Advanced Engineering Group and senior management to develop winning bid strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive responses to tender documentation, including clarification requests.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for clients during enquiry and bidding stages, negotiating technical and commercial specifications.
• Mentor and develop the tendering team, allocating tasks and building capabilities in proposal writing and bid management.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of experience in solar energy or renewable‑energy projects.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proven track record in tendering, cost estimation and project proposal development.
