Quality & Sustainability Manager

About the role

Mövenpick Resort El Qusair, a luxury five-star resort on Egypt's Red Sea coast and part of the Accor family, is looking for a Quality & Sustainability Manager. The role acts as the hotel's voice of the guest, brand ambassador and sustainability leader, working closely with the management board and across all departments to drive guest experience, brand compliance and environmental targets.

Key responsibilities

• Reputation performance: analyse RPS results, monitor competitors and operational efficiency, and ensure the hotel achieves or exceeds its RPS score
• Brand compliance: audit compliance monthly, set corrective plans and prepare departments for LQA and mystery shopper visits
• Sustainability: ensure environmental action plans are followed, achieve eco-certification and communicate targets and achievements to guests and on social media
• Monthly quality meeting chaired, with review of RPS scores and sentiments, follow-up of action plans and a monthly VOG report submitted by the 5th of each month
• Manage Local Standard Operating Procedures, brand audits, LQA audits and the product modernity and refurbishment design stages
• Analyse CSR data against targets, manage eco-certification audits and coordinate internal and external communications on sustainability projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel quality, guest experience, operational excellence or a similar role
• Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospitality quality standards, brand standards and guest experience principles
• Experience in quality audits, operational inspections and compliance reviews
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant hotel quality systems
