About the role
EgyProperty is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while ensuring transactions are smooth and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and valuation methods.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and property listings on digital platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide high‑quality customer service, and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain a network of clients, property owners, and developers.
Required profile
- Valid real‑estate license and solid knowledge of local regulations and practices.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite, manage schedules, and handle multiple client engagements.
Required skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and property‑listing platforms.
- Experience using CRM systems.
