About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk in Nasr City. The role combines traditional reception duties with support for social media and online communication, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and efficient administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain an organized reception area and handle front‑desk operations.
- Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Post and update content on social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Support general administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with social media platforms and online messaging.
