Recreation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recreation Manager to lead and enhance the leisure experience for our guests. You will design, coordinate, and supervise a wide range of recreational activities that reflect our brand and meet guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and oversee fitness classes, pool activities, sports, arts & crafts, games and outdoor excursions.
• Develop new programmes based on guest feedback and demographic trends.
• Schedule activities to maximise participation and guest satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address guest concerns promptly and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain pools, fitness centres, sports areas and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations, train staff in emergency procedures and monitor guest safety during activities.
• Promote recreational offerings through in‑house marketing and assist guests with booking and planning.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or hotel (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Creative, energetic and child‑friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and guest‑engagement skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
