Recruiter – Remote (MENA Talent)

About the role

Founders Arm is a recruitment partner that connects top MENA talent with leading US startups. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to source, vet, and place candidates for our growing client base. This remote position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced environment and develop into a leadership role.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and clients.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skill and cultural fit.
• Match talent to client requirements and manage candidate pipelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date trackers and coordinate scheduling between candidates and clients.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar people‑facing role.
• Strong judgment of people, excellent communication, and high organization skills.
• Comfortable working with US time zones.
