About the role
Join a UK‑based healthcare recruitment firm as a Recruitment Consultant based in Cairo. You will work in an office environment, supporting the placement of healthcare professionals across the United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with healthcare professionals in the UK to understand their career goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and client organisations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate successful placements.
- Manage candidate applications and keep records up to date.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced team.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Preferred but not essential: experience in recruitment, sales or customer service, prior work with UK companies, neutral or British accent.
