Recruitment Specialist (Full-time, Cairo)

About the role

Arab Tours is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our Cairo office. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent for our travel and tourism services.

Key responsibilities

• Source, contact and assess candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring practices.
• Collaborate with team leaders to forecast staffing needs.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires to ensure smooth integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hiring, recruiting and interviewing candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in training and onboarding new team members.
• Ability to work closely with team leaders and HR departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices is a plus.
