About the role
Arab Tours is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our Cairo office. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent for our travel and tourism services.
Key responsibilities
- Source, contact and assess candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications and present shortlists to hiring managers.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring practices.
- Collaborate with team leaders to forecast staffing needs.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hiring, recruiting and interviewing candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in training and onboarding new team members.
- Ability to work closely with team leaders and HR departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best recruitment practices is a plus.
