Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Perfect Doctors Clinic is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical, administrative and support positions across its Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations. You will work on‑site, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles, from surgeons to front‑desk staff.
• Manage job postings on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct competency‑based interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Prepare and extend offers, oversee contract signing and facilitate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR databases.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably within healthcare or aesthetic environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Experience with HR databases and online recruitment platforms.
