Relationship Officer – Sharm El‑Sheikh / South Sinai

About the role

The Relationship Officer will manage a portfolio of customers in Sharm El‑Shaikh and South Sinai, driving revenue growth and delivering a superior banking experience. This role focuses on building long‑term, profitable relationships with both existing and new affluent clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of customers, achieving sales, service and growth targets across multiple banking products.
• Provide personalized service to retain loyalty, maximize profitability and minimize attrition.
• Identify and acquire new affluent customers, upsell and cross‑sell additional bank products.
• Educate walk‑in customers on self‑service options and coordinate with credit, operations and compliance teams on pending cases.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary while ensuring compliance with KYC and bank policies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in the banking sector or a similar industry.
• Resident of Sharm El‑Shaikh / South Sinai.
• Ability to meet revenue goals and maintain high service standards.
