About the role
We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for high‑volume, on‑camera and presenter roles, helping our international agency meet continuous hiring demand.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening to placement.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast, high‑quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sourcing and high‑volume recruitment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Results‑driven mindset with a strong focus on placements.
