Remote Project Coordinator – Home Remodeling

About the role

We are a family‑owned kitchen, bathroom and flooring remodeling company seeking a highly organized Remote Project Coordinator. You will keep multiple home‑remodeling projects on track, ensuring smooth communication between homeowners, installers, vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate several remodeling projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation crews.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, installers, vendors and internal departments.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Order materials, monitor delivery timelines and process project documentation.
• Assist with financing paperwork, collect customer payments and record them accurately.
• Update and maintain records in our CRM and project‑management systems.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production and Installation teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of remote coordination experience (Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Client Success or Account Coordinator).
• Experience supporting U.S.‑based clients or companies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred experience in home remodeling, construction, logistics or property management.
• Experience using CRMs, project‑management or scheduling platforms and working with remote teams.

• Remote work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM PT.
