Repair, Maintenance & Tyres Coordinator (RMT Coordinator)

About the role

Ayvens is looking for an RMT Coordinator in Marousi to handle client requests for service efficiently while providing excellent customer service and minimising operating costs. The role covers scheduled and non-scheduled technical repairs, maintenance and tyre replacement.

Key responsibilities

• Handle drivers' requests for car maintenance, tyres or replacement and approve them promptly in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor repair, maintenance and tyre replacement costs closely to achieve maximum savings
• Negotiate agreed prices with vendors so clients know the total repair cost
• Negotiate warranty recovery for vehicles outside the normal factory warranty period or mileage
• Handle and resolve driver complaints
• Log all driver interactions in the relevant CRM tool and make sure tasks are completed
• Identify and escalate situations needing attention
• Communicate with colleagues and external partners to control direct and indirect costs
• Drive continuous improvement through action planning to improve operational effectiveness

Required profile

• At least 2-3 years of experience in automotive markets
• University degree considered an asset
• Organised, able to work in teams and customer-oriented
