About the role
As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book their stay. You will create a welcoming experience, provide accurate information and help guests feel confident that their reservation will meet their expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online channels.
- Enter bookings, rooming lists and guest details accurately into the reservation system.
- Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue while ensuring the best fit for the guest.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, special requests and local attractions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records and ensure data integrity in the system.
Required profile
- Guest‑focused personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or a similar property management/reservation system.
