Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

Accor is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Cairo to support the smooth running of its food and beverage department, where the guest food and beverage service experience is delivered. The role is full-time and focuses on improving guest satisfaction, achieving departmental targets and leading the F&B team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, delivering the guest service experience to the highest level.
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond positively and on time to guest enquiries.
• Deliver plans and objectives so that food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets are met.
• Supervise the food and beverage team and foster a culture of growth, development and performance.
• Control costs and inventory, ensure productivity and performance levels are reached, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead departmental programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation prepared for internal and external audits, including follow-up.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service.
• Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and solve problems, with personal integrity.
• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
