Retail Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager to lead our flagship store in 6 October City. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a premium, luxury shopping experience by overseeing all daily store functions and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules, supervise sales teams and coach employees on service standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect luxury brand positioning.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment and use inventory tools.
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to optimise product mix, pricing and store performance.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational improvements, promotional activities and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in retail operations and store management, preferably in luxury jewelry or accessories.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales reports and inventory data.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or equivalent professional experience.
