Revenue Manager

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is looking for a Revenue Manager who will transform business analytics into actionable strategies to drive hotel performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse weekly STR market share reports to identify performance gaps and adjust pricing, inventory and segmentation against the competitive set.
• Review Rubicon Demand Position reports to capture future demand opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Translate marketing diagnostics (lead time, upsell, room‑type utilisation, packages, promotions) into targeted revenue actions.
• Lead adoption of business intelligence tools to support forward‑looking, data‑driven decision making.
• Apply a total revenue management approach across rooms, channels and demand segments.
• Optimise revenue using IDeaS RMS, including last‑room values, hurdle rates, unconstrained demand, oversell strategies and group displacement analysis.
• Manage rates, availability and restrictions across all distribution systems (Opera, ORS, HBSi, Trust, GDS, Web) while protecting transient demand and approving high‑impact group blocks.
• Conduct continuous pricing analysis using MARs, RateView, Hoteligence and room‑type utilisation reports.
• Maintain OTA market manager relationships and local merchandising strategies to maximise visibility.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in hotel revenue management.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business actions.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
