Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering excellent service.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Coordinate sales activities, events, and campaigns to ensure successful execution.
• Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing them to the appropriate team members.
