About the role

The Sales Executive will drive business growth for a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider. You will identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote a full range of freight forwarding services across air, sea, land, customs, and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding sectors.
  • Promote the company’s services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful shipment execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation sales.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
