About the role
The Sales Executive will drive business growth for a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider. You will identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote a full range of freight forwarding services across air, sea, land, customs, and warehousing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding sectors.
- Promote the company’s services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful shipment execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding or transportation sales.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships and meet sales targets.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems.
