About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Service Specialist to manage qualified leads, present our digital marketing services in depth, and guide clients through the decision‑making process. This part‑time remote position focuses on building trust, answering advanced queries, and closing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive and qualify leads transferred by the Moderator.
  • Explain our digital marketing services, answer detailed client questions, and address objections.
  • Build rapport with prospects, nurture relationships, and close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate directly with the Agent and management when additional support is required.

Required profile

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Professional handling of objections and client concerns.
