Senior Architecture Engineer

About the role

ATRIC Developments is seeking a Senior Architecture Engineer to lead the design and planning of commercial, administrative, residential, resort, and compound projects in Heliopolis, Cairo. You will ensure that all architectural outputs meet the company’s high standards of quality, innovation, and functional design.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain architectural design standards and guidelines.
• Review architectural designs for compliance with briefs and design integrity.
• Produce architectural drawings for commercial, administrative, residential, resort, and compound projects.
• Coordinate architectural files with other engineering disciplines.
• Manage consultant interactions from concept through hand‑over.
• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation.
• Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare reports, CAD reviews, renderings, models, and mood boards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong design sense with ability to interpret sketches and preliminary layouts.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality sections, elevations, plans, and construction details.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (required).
• Revit (preferred).
• Photoshop (preferred).
• 3D Max and Corona rendering (preferred).
• Architectural design, CAD drawing review, and site inspection.
