Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer specialized in electrical engineering to support the delivery of high‑profile residential and commercial construction projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality, compliance, and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate electrical shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements for accuracy.
• Collaborate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Support procurement by evaluating material and technical proposals.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and monitor engineering deliverables.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, standards, and schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in technical office activities on residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems such as power, lighting, low‑current, and fire‑alarm.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying, design review, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
