Senior HR Specialist – Legal Background Required

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist with a strong legal background to lead and strengthen our HR operations. The role involves managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Oversee employment documentation and contract administration.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with applicable Egyptian labor legislation.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on personnel matters.
• Lead recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting needs.

Required profile

• Legal education (law degree) or substantial professional experience in labor/employment law.
• Proven experience as a senior HR professional, preferably in a technology or energy‑focused environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage day‑to‑day HR matters.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
