About the role
JUSQ Estate is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to work on‑site in New Cairo. You will guide clients through the entire real‑estate lifecycle, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring transparent and trustworthy service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and generate leads for residential and investment properties.
- Conduct property tours, advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and review property listings, maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage negotiations and close transactions while collaborating with internal teams for a seamless client experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience advising clients on property selection and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build rapport and manage expectations.
- Strong sales background with lead generation, negotiation and closing experience, preferably in real estate.
