Senior Recruitment & Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

The Senior Recruitment & Organizational Development Specialist will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and drive OD initiatives for Al‑Ahly Medical Company. Based in Giza, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure the right talent is attracted, selected, and developed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle: workforce planning, job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
• Design and implement organizational development tools such as competency frameworks, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and OD records, generate reports and analytics to support business decisions.
• Support training initiatives, succession planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Strong interviewing and communication abilities with candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
• Background in training design, delivery, and organizational development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Ability to analyze HR data, prepare reports, and propose practical solutions.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
