Senior Sales Account Manager - New Cairo

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is a leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, with 8 brands and more than 160 million monthly users. As a Sales Account Manager in New Cairo, you will seek new business by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, develop leads from marketing campaigns, meet sales quotas and ensure good after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and deliver a great dubizzle experience
• Achieve monthly targets for renewals and acquisitions
• Become an expert on the Egyptian real estate market, combining on-ground insight with platform data
• Sell products to new customers and increase market share
• Arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals and upgrades
• Perform account management and regularly update the sales reporting dashboard
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales and client issues
• Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding or consistently achieving targets
• Experience in farming and cold calling
• Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, the subscription industry and tech and e-commerce
• Familiarity with prop tech, marketplaces, Facebook and other digital platforms
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, time management and presentation skills, and ability to turn leads into paying customers
