Visual Merchandiser - Marks & Spencer, Cairo Festival City

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser implements and maintains the Marks & Spencer brand image in-store, ensuring visual consistency and an inspirational shopping experience. The role covers in-store and window displays and works closely with store colleagues and the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to meet commercial standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement all company visual merchandising policies, store grids and styling policy, including well-styled mannequins and appropriate visual elements for customer segmentation
• Deliver seasonal launches and events on time and on brand, keeping track of best sellers and competitor trends
• Implement window display guidelines and corporate initiatives, and execute marketing initiatives in stores
• Maintain VM checklists and liaise with Store Managers daily on VM processes and requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in sales, marketing or a related field
• Postgraduate degree in marketing, visual merchandising or retailing with 2-5 years of related experience, or 3+ years of visual merchandising experience
• Leadership, business acumen and communication skills with partners at all levels
