Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Hours

About the role

Decima International is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead sourcing and hiring initiatives for its US‑focused projects. The role involves mentoring staff, building long‑term candidate relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via career portals, job boards, social platforms and professional networks.
• Screen applications, conduct pre‑interview assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Develop employer branding and sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Maintain recruitment records and share documentation with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor staff and manage multiple recruitment projects.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
