Server (Waiter/Waitress) – Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Server to join the team at Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis. The role involves delivering an excellent guest experience by serving food and beverages with extensive knowledge of the menu.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage queries and ensure timely service.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and product offerings.
• Accurately record orders and ensure food and beverage quality and timely delivery.
• Handle cash transactions when required.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Follow hotel security, fire safety and health‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service and flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.

Required skills

• Cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
