About the role
Join the prestigious St. Regis Cairo as a Spa Receptionist, providing a seamless and welcoming experience for spa guests. You will be the first point of contact, handling reservations, payments, and guest orientation in a luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule individual and group spa services using the reservation software.
- Confirm appointments with guests via phone and answer service inquiries.
- Check‑in guests, verify identity, and provide a brief spa orientation.
- Promote and upsell spa and salon services.
- Process payments, log cash tips, and reconcile receipts with Accounting.
- Maintain the cash bank securely and report any discrepancies.
- Communicate last‑minute changes to service providers and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Uphold company policies, professional appearance, and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related experience is acceptable.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to assist guests with disabilities.
