Surgery Supply Chain Senior Specialist (RoMea)

About the role

The RoMea Surgery Supply Chain Senior Specialist will manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities for Johnson & Johnson’s Surgery franchise in the region. You will support demand planning, forecasting and integrated business planning to ensure the franchise meets short‑term order fulfillment needs and long‑term growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse sales data across brands, SKUs, distribution channels and demand locations.
• Gather assumptions from sales, marketing, finance and retailers to build an unconstrained base demand plan.
• Produce statistical forecasts in collaboration with the Central planning team.
• Validate activity calendars and event‑driven forecasting inputs.
• Facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) sessions to achieve consensus on a single aligned forecast.
• Identify gaps in financials, capacity or inventory and drive alignment with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and support franchise growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end supply chain management, preferably within a medical‑technology or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong background in demand planning and forecasting.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and market data.
