About the role
Join L'Oréal's HR team in Cairo as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, employer branding and campus outreach. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and hire diverse, innovative talent.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from screening applications to coordinating interviews.
- Create and publish compelling digital content for L'Oréal’s social media channels to promote the employer brand.
- Assist in planning and executing campus events, career fairs and university outreach activities.
- Help organise and deliver the Summer Internship Programme and other talent initiatives.
Required profile
- Proactive, creative and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholder relationships.
- Interest in digital media and social platforms.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for scheduling and documentation.
