Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for various positions, with a focus on high‑volume hiring for our sales departments. The role will partner with internal teams to build talent pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, interview, assess and shortlist candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through multiple channels.
- Draft job descriptions, recruitment reports and offer letters.
- Identify and test new recruitment channels to expand outreach.
- Serve as the main point of contact between departments during onboarding.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms as required.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring.
- Experience in real‑estate recruitment is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to take initiative.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
