About the role

Join Talent is seeking a Talent Partner to work remotely from Egypt on a six‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for a diverse portfolio of clients while enhancing recruitment processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and gain client buy‑in for recruitment strategies, including sourcing channels, assessment, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, leadership, HR and TA stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner.
• Create and post job adverts following client brand guidelines and manage applications professionally.
• Source, headhunt, and screen candidates to present shortlists that match role requirements.
• Guide hiring managers through candidate shortlists and manage the candidate journey with a candidate‑centric approach.
• Maintain and utilise the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other project tools.
• Analyse recruitment data, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven global talent acquisition experience, preferably in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate a ‘can‑do’ attitude and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Arabic.
• Commitment to company values, ethics and delivering a high‑quality client experience.
