Technical Office Manager – Architectural

About the role

Wealth Plus Developments is seeking a full‑time Technical Office Manager – Architectural to lead the architectural technical office in Cairo. The role involves overseeing drawing reviews, ensuring design compliance with project specifications, and supporting the implementation of high‑quality architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural technical drawings and details.
• Prepare and verify bills of quantities, monitor budgets and cost control.
• Assist project teams with scheduling, resource planning and progress reporting.
• Conduct technical research, resolve design‑related issues and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with mechanical, structural and other engineering disciplines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare regular reports and drive continuous improvement of technical processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture or technical office roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent analytical, research and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Architectural detailing and technical drawing expertise.
• Cost estimating and budgeting capabilities.
• Preparation of bills of quantities.
• Project scheduling and progress reporting tools.
