About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Sales Account Manager to drive Microsoft cloud solutions across the French market. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, building lasting relationships while delivering a world‑class sales experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first contact for customers, creating a strong first impression and establishing long‑term relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, acting as the main liaison for Microsoft customers.
  • Engage small and medium businesses across industries to uncover needs and match them with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Present competitive offerings, demonstrate value, and guide prospects through BANT qualification.
  • Utilise social, digital, video, chat, phone and demo tools to reach and manage customers effectively.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2‑3+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 2 years in IT sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of account or customer management experience.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools; experience in retail sales, corporate internships or entrepreneurial programs is a plus.
  • Self‑starter with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with cold calling, emailing, video presentations and in‑person meetings.
