Training & Technical Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Training & Technical Support Specialist to join Edu4’s team in Tanta. The role combines delivering training on our School Management System and Learning Management System with providing on‑site and remote technical assistance to schools.

Key responsibilities

• Train school staff on the School Management System (SMS).
• Train teachers on the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide technical support remotely and on‑site at schools.
• Assist with system implementation, configuration, and user setup.
• Follow up with clients to ensure optimal user experience.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve issues and improve solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in technical support or training is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to schools when needed.
