Travel Consultant – Call Center (Rotational Shifts)

About the role

Reserval is seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join its call‑center team in Mohaddessin. You will assist customers in planning and booking their trips, working with a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. The role offers rotational shifts and the chance to contribute to a leading digital travel agency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with travel bookings and inquiries.
• Use the Amadeus GDS to create, modify, and manage flight reservations.
• Assist customers with hotel bookings and related services.
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and uphold service quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in travel booking or a call‑center environment.
• Proficiency with Amadeus GDS is essential.
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems is a plus.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
